Shipping
The price quoted for every product we offer includes free delivery to any continental USA or Canadian residential or commercial address. Should exceptionally any shipping costs arise then you will be contacted to agree this or be given an option to cancelyour order.
When your order ships you will be notified via email. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date. Use the form on the contact us page if you wish to enquire about order status.
Shipping Damage
The suppliers we use are carefully chosen for quality and reliability and shipping issues rarely occur, however we have a policy to cover such unusual occurrences.
1. Record any damage on the delivery ticket before the shipper leaves. Write any concerns about the delivered items on the delivery receipt even if you cannot inspect each item carefully. Suppliers will be much more likely to entertain the claim that shipping damage occurred before receipt if such notification exists.
2. Confirm all details on the packing slip.
3. Unpack your order and check all is in good order.
4. If any problem arises, keep all packaging and request shipper inspection at once. Apply to the shipper in writing within 24 hours of delivery.
5. Contact us immediately with order number & shipping information.
Do not return anything to the manufacturer without written authorization; as such returns cannot be processed.
